Our Carbon Ratings.

We use the zero-carbon 2030 Commitments as our criteria for measuring, assessing and applying our Carbon Ratings to companies. And we publish all our results on our website, putting reliable carbon info into the hands of consumers and investors the world over, so everyone can make informed decisions with everyday purchases and investments.

Like our Commitments, our Carbon Ratings go beyond the disclosure of historical carbon reporting. They’re forward looking, with a focus on businesses’ plans and targets. They reflect all that we believe is vital in achieving a carbon-reduction ripple effect across value chains and the global economy.

A benchmark for business.

For the business and finance community, our Carbon Rating system creates the global benchmark, enabling decision-makers to see how businesses are performing against the competition. We can even give guidance on the actions businesses can take to improve their carbon ratings and profile.
